We will start on time! And there will be no downtime or dead air. If one event finishes early, we will move into the next event early. If an event goes long, we will adjust accordingly. If you want to see a specific dance or event, please plan to come early and be flexible.

• 10AM: Doors Open
• 11AM: Aztec Dancers
• 12PM: Gourd Dance
• 2PM: Grand Entry & Posting of Colors
• 2PM: Social Dances begin immediately following the Grand Entry
• 5PM: Aztec Dancers
• 5PM: Meal Break for Head Staff
• 6PM: Gourd Dance
• 7PM: Apache Crown Dancers
• 8PM: Grand Entry & Social Dances
