Greet attendees & hand out pamphlets. We are going to attempt to get a headcount of the number of people who attend this year.
Our dancers, head staff and volunteers will have an area set up for snack and drinks. The Hospitality Attendants will periodically check this area to make sure it is well stocked, coffee is available, etc.
Our Artisan Vendors will have the opportunity to sign up for a boxed lunch. The Organizer will collect fees and work with our food vendor to deliver boxed lunches to the Artisan Vendors.
Vendor Check-in is 5-8PM on Friday, August 22 and continues on Saturday 7AM-10AM. You will help Vendors find their space, check to make sue their fees are paid. You will also be a temporary booth sitter for vendors who are solo and need bathroom breaks, etc.
Sell Raffle tickets. Accept raffle donations from our vendors and group/organized the items as appropriate. You will be given a raffle schedule. Items to be raffled will be "walked around" and shown to the attendees prior to the raffle for that item.
Set up is 5-8PM on Friday, August 22 and continues on Saturday 7AM-10AM. You will be setting up tables for vendors & assisting vendor load-in.
ALL POWWOW ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED THE NIGHT OF THE POWWOW - We will start breaking down and loading out approximately 9PM.
